BECOMING A TRANS ASH SUPPLIER/VENDOR

To be considered as one of Trans Ash’s Suppliers or Vendors, follow the steps below.

  1. Complete W-9 Tax form & email to Trans Ash

    Click here to download the W-9 Tax form. Fill out the form, scan it, and email the completed form to transash@transash.com.

  2. Review the insurance requirements and submit a Certificate of Insurance

    Click here to download the insurance requirements. Review the requirements and fax your certificate of insurance to Tim Mitchell at 513-554-6147. You may also email your certificate to tmitchell@transash.com.

  3. Complete the Supplier Registration Form

    Click the "View Form" link and complete the Trans Ash Supplier Registration Form. Please be sure to fill out all fields. Once complete, click the submit button to complete this process. View Form.

    A small business concern that is consistent with 13 CFR 124, Subpart B.

    Small business concerns that are at least 51% owned by minority group members. "Minority group members" are U.S. citizens who are Asian, Black, Hispanic and Native American who are U.S. citizens, who also control and operate the business. “Control” in this context means exercising the power to make policy decisions. “Operate” in this context means being actively involved in the day-to-day management.

At least 51% of the assets and interest and at least 51% of any classes of stock and equitable securities are owned by one or more persons who are United State citizens, born or naturalized, and are recognized by the State of business registration.

    A small business concern owned and controlled by a Veteran or Veterans as defined in section 3(q) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632(q)) and the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) implementing SDVO SBC Programs Regulations (12 C.F.R. 125). The business must be 51% unconditionally and directly owned by one or more Veterans or in the case of any publicly owned businesses, not less than 51% of the stock of the company is owned by one or more Veterans.

    A small business concern owned and controlled by a Service-Disabled Veteran or Service-Disabled Veterans as defined in section 3(q) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632(q)) and the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) implementing SDVO SBC Programs Regulations (12 C.F.R. 125). The business must be 51% unconditionally and directly owned by one or more Service-Disabled Veterans or in the case of any publicly owned businesses, not less than 51% of the stock of the company is owned by one or more Service-Disabled Veterans. The management and daily business operations of the SDVO SBC must be controlled by one or more service-disabled veterans (or in the case of a veteran with permanent and severe disability, the spouse or permanent caregiver of such veteran).

    A company considered by TVA as having a Tennessee Valley business presence due to one of the following criteria being met: 1) the company provides the products, labor and/or service through an operational business unit located in the Tennessee Valley region, or 2) although headquartered outside the Valley, the company contributes to the economic development of the Valley by maintaining a presence by providing at least 60 percent of the TVA contract work requirements through the employment of personnel residing in the Valley.
