Experience & Responsibilities:
David joined the Trans Ash team in 2003 and has over 18 years of experience related to heavy civil construction and CCR projects. His areas of expertise include estimating, project controls, surveying, contract negotiation and management, and subcontractor management.
As Chief of Engineering, he is responsible for directing the company’s engineering department, estimating all major projects, contract management, surveying, permit application and enforcement.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
