Vice President of Operations Randy Skelton

Experience & Responsibilities:

Randy has over 38 years of experience in heavy highway, spillway construction, paving, large civil construction, and CCR-related projects. His extensive project experience includes spillway construction, drainage improvements, mass excavation, CCR basin closure, landfill construction and management, liner installation, closure turf, slope stabilization, and dredging.

As Director of Construction, he is responsible for overseeing the operations teams in his respective region, providing support to customers, and ensuring project success.
